BAD TANGERINES CONCERT

September 16 at 7pm

The Bad Tangerines will hold a concert benefiting the Owatonna Arts Center on September 16.  Tickets can be purchased at the Arts Center and Kottke’s Jewelry.  They have been performing in the Owatonna area for many years, but are known mostly for their work with the annual Hometown Sampler, a benefit concert for the Steele County Food Shelf.  Group members Mark Sebring, Tim VanGelder, Jodie DeKam, Tammi Ferch and Michael Ferch come from all walks of life, but find common ground in taking popular music and arranging it to be sung without instruments.  Their material comes from artists such as Journey, Fleetwood Mac, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Billy Joel and Frankie Valli.  Their diverse set list ensures that at any given show everyone will recognize something.
