The artists are the most important part of The Owatonna Festival of the Arts, and we want you to be a part of our celebration! The juried purse of $3,000 will be awarded by the FOA Committee.

The Owatonna Festival of the Arts will be celebrated on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27 in Central Park located in beautiful downtown Owatonna. Featured will be sixty exhibitors, numerous entertainers, participatory art events, as well as many concessions.

The festival is sponsored by a nonprofit community organization, the Owatonna Festival of the Arts committee. We feel the art festival enhances our community and is a prestigious event for all to attend.
